Quill, I was planning on looking today, I know before the storms that there was areas along the south shore that were iced and I am betting that by now it is iced over at least to the first set of docks and possibly further. If I can get there I will post pictures later.

I tried but there are way to many idiots on the road to make it and I only live about 5 miles from it. Between my house and HLS I dam near got hit three times so I said screw it! Went to harps got groceries and came home. There will be plenty of fishing days I don't need to get in a wreck that bad.

No heavy ice in the area I normally launch, Jeff, FWIW. Some thin sheet ice along the shores, but not as heavy as I was expecting to see when I went to town today.

I wonder if Monte Ne is froze over towards the back. I'm thinking about venturing out just to get in the boat. Find me some new brush piles and mark them. That's about all I can do! LOL
