Supreme Trout Boat Repair?

I bought a used Supreme boat today. The boat is in perfect condition except for the holes that the original owner drilled to mount his motor. What is the best way to permanently repair these holes and protect the internal structure of the transom? I just want to repair it right so it is not a physical or visual problem later.

Dowel rod and fiberglass resin.

Does fiberglass resin come in white to be able to blend in?

No but you can blend color into it with resin pigment. Just stir in the powder until you reach the shade you desire.
