A bit of a slow day today, caught a dozen bass, but most were 12" dinks, only one keeper that was 16" or so. Caught the fish on tubes and the Ned rig. Did catch a 20" Wallie on the Ned. Toted him around in the live well hoping for a 2nd eye to make it worth cleaning, but could not find #2, so the eye got to swim free.

Water temps 43-48.

Good report...thanks. A buddy was fishing further upriver and ran into an 18-inch white. Have not heard back from him since he put that one in the boat, so I'm guessing it was slow overall.

Disagree with you about the 'eye. That was worth cleaning. Good looking fish.

Could have been, I was all over the place trying to find spots that didn't already have boats on them.

Yep boats every where tough day for us but the other guys in the tournament did great on the a rig I just do not like throwing that thing.

I don't throw the rig either, not much fun IMO. But to win a tourney right now it sounds as if you have to throw it.
