I'll look forward to hearing how you do. I hope you catch em until your arms are sore.

It might be crazy good or it might be tough. I'd expect rapidly rising temps.

I'd be looking at a jerkbait bite off points and a crankbait bite first.

I might drag a grub some just to make sure that wasn't happening yet.

You might want to go way up creeks and find off color water to bang a squarebill around.

Ned Rig.

Don't sleep on a Hula grub in 10-20 ft of water.

I'd also be very curious about White Bass running up Shoal, Elbow, or Big Creek.

Bull gets a little bit more of a break from me, but I'll be in Jimmy Creek before long.

Holy crap was that a hard day of fishing. The club tournament as a whole struggled to bring in keeper size bass (lm and spots). Some were caught on A-rigs(flash mob with white baits), brown or green pumkin jig and craw, and reddish or red belly crankbaits (wart, rapala dt10). Water temp anywhere from 46-53. Found most fish on channel swing bluffs either on the lake or back in the creeks...

Hopefully the warming weather will get the big girls stirring soon

Thanks for that report. We got on the water at 3 pm till 6. I pitched a no hitter. My partner caught a nice 2.4 small mouth on a wart in a cove off the main lake Temps 51 was the highest we saw up in cedar. Got a nice largo mouth up there too. Beautiful day for a boat ride thou. Lol
