Skeeter ZX190 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Fished between Orleans Trail and State Park marina. Fished primarily two baits, the wart and a lionhead jig in green pumpkin and a green pumpkin craw trailer. Water temps were 47 to 49 degrees everywhere we went. Water seemed to be clearer than last weekend. Ended up with 17 bass and 6 of those were keepers. The picture is a 19 1/2 incher caught on a red craw wiggle wart in Hawker. Couldn't find any particular pattern regarding the type of bank. Sounds like the bite up the rivers was a lot better than down by the dam. It was the complete opposite last weekend.
Lifes2Short Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Nice job Skeeter, we'll have to meet on the water one day!
