My favorite colors are Dirt (which is Green Pumpkin/Watermelon), Green Pumpkin/Orange, or PB & J... Good luck and post a report with some pics when you get back.

Try searching for little rig, Midwest finesse, Ned rig, or go back and look at last April.

PBJ is always where I start, a dark green (green pumpkin ish) on cloudy days, a more translucent green (w'melon or wmelon candy) on bright days. Color is usually the least important factor. Won't say it does not matter, but it is down the list.

Think you can search by author as well. If you can't guess who to search for I can't help.

Charlie, try the 1/16 on the windy days as well. Just have to change things up a bit in terms of presentation. Remember, the goal is not to have constant feel of the bait.

I agree, but you should consider the green pumkin/orange. Its a killer.

Will the rig work with other plastics or only the zman type?

Okay, so I need to embrace the "no feel method"

Its tough unless you can get the bow out of your line.

I like to swim it a little more on windy days, so 1/8oz helps keep it down.

If im trying to deadstick in that wind, I go up to 3/16oz which is "breaking the rules" so to speak.

I deadstick 80% of the time, so I lean towards the heavier stuff.

but it what works for your individual strength.

However I really want to experiemnt with 1/32oz in place of a weightless trick worm around super skittish/shallow bass.

I personally use the Zman stuff (elaztech) its got 10x more action than regular platic (plastisol).

We need a Ned Rig tutorail stickied somewhere.

Like I said, green pumpkin-ish. Sometimes that is heavy on the ish.

I carry most of the colors. Not all, but most.
