Snow Suits

anyone coming this way next week might want to pack a snow suit. Going to be real cold early next week with a slow warm up to follow. I hate this for more reasons than just fishing. We have a ornamental garden that is spread out all over our lot. Among those plants are a small collection of around 100 hosta plants. I was out counting and about 70+ of them have emerged from the ground and of those about 1/3 are starting to unfurl their leafs. SOOOO this means I will be going out this afternoon digging out all our foam plant covers and covering all these things. Then about Wednesday I and can collect them all and pack them back in the shed. I also have about 40 more young plants growing in 6 in pots that I grow and give to charity sales. I think i will just put them against the house and throw big tap over them.

Yeah when the high in April won't likely hit the average low temperature something ain't right.

This goofy weather. The past few days it was 80 degrees and I got a pretty nice sun burn and have to turn around and possibly build a fire in the outdoor furnace again! Come on!!!!
