J-Doc Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Before I go experimenting, I'd like to take a test sample of such a sauce. Save me a cup full or something so next time I drop by, you can shoe me your skills. Lol Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!
Feathers and Fins Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 Jason, you do understand stripers go great in a cocktail don't you? 1cup brandy 1/2 cup hot sauce ( your favorite brand ) 1 cup ketchup 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup cilantro 1/4 cup chives 1/4 cup fresh onion diced. Blend on high for 3 minutes and add in striper blend in 2 minutes more, I preffer BBQ striper with Hickory chips for a smokey flavor added. Put in cups and cool for 2 hours. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
