Feathers and Fins Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 Bourbon Baked Walleye: 1cup Burbon 1 cup Maple Syrup 1cup brown sugar ½ cup Molasses ½ cup Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup Soy Sauce Bring to a boil stirring, after it boil reduce to simmer and add 1 tablespoon black pepper ¼ cup Horse Radish Mustard 1 teaspoon salt ¼ cup butter Stir until completely mixed about 5 minutes Strain through a fine strainer in to a bowl, cover and place in fridge to set-up. rps Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 F&F; Try this> 1/3 soy sauce, 1/3 orange juice, 1/3 dry white wine (I use Gallo dry vermouth -> very cheap). Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours. Grill.
Members marknsaw Posted May 8, 2014 Members Posted May 8, 2014 Soak fillets in buttermilk for an hour grill fillets on a grill (a basket is key) while grilling fillets... sauté butter, a pinch of brown sugar, and almond slivers when fillets are done add to sauté pan and coat. plate fillets, and drizzle with pan juice. serve with corn-on-the-cob, homemade slaw, and fried taters.
