Members pt1
That is an awesome stringer of bass and sounds like you had a great day. My son has been wanting me to take him to Stockton as we always fish Pomme De Terre or Table Rock and have never fished Stockton. What general area did you fish in and what technique did you use? Those look like good eating! Hope you don't get some of the the usual scolding and hateful comments that you get many times on this site for posting pics of bass you kept. Great job though; any tips would be helpful :-)

What was the primary lure(s) ???? "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"

Lifes2Short
What a waste Of big fish, just one guys opinion. Don't have anything against keeping some, just wish folks would only keep the 15 inchers and leave the big kids in the pool. Not intended to be an ugly/hateful post, just my thoughts. Dirtracer35
Sorry to have to keep some fish. It was for a fish fry. My 94 year old great grandmother loves fish. She asked. She received. The "big" girls are still in the pool. These aren't the big ones of Stockton. Stockton has giants. There are plenty left. Smallies bigger than this. And we mainly fished around the dam. Finesse. Shakey head.
Members pt1
I was afraid it wouldn't take long for you to get scolded on here. I knew it wouldn't even take 12 hours after the post to happen. You're much nicer than I am though. You don't owe anybody an explanation or an apology for a lawful activity! At least he didn't get hateful with you though, imagine that post will be coming from somebody on here in the next 24 hours. Again, great stringer! Dirtracer35
Lol. It happens. I figured somebody would say something. But he was nice about it. Everybody's entitled to an opinion. The fish are about to spawn. I'm sure some have. If the Corps will let Stockton hold a little water. It'd be an awesome spawn. There are plenty of fish. Tons are bigger. And nobody seems to care when somebody takes a few walleyes or crappie home. Haha. But thank you. Just a good day. I've caught bigger. I've caught Smallies on Stockton bigger than any of these. Walcrabass
Nice bunch of fish. You have got my interest sparked. I assume you caught them on some darker colors??
