Quillback Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Watching the news last night and they mentioned that the show "Krappie Kings" is filming this weekend on lake Sequoyah. Apparently they are there on the advice of a local guide. If the crappie fishing is good right now on Sequoyah, well the secret is out. Supposed to air sometime in the future on the Outdoor channel (or maybe Sportsmans channel - I can't remember).
Feathers and Fins Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Not a lake I would think of for having a show, with Beaver right here and on fire right now for crappie should be interesting to watch when it airs. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Feathers and Fins Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 QB the crappie we have been getting are running 13'' on average with several over 18'' each trip. On 4lb and 6lb they are putting up great fights. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
J-Doc Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Digging up an old thread here. The new season has started and this episode will be airing soon. Lake Conway aired this weekend. Really made me want to try it. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!
Quillback Posted January 6, 2015 Author Posted January 6, 2015 looking forward to it - I have set up to record.
