Help With Minnesota/wisconsin Fishing Trip

My wife has agreed to let me take the family vacation and I get to take bass boat with us!!!

Looking for advice on a resort or lake in Wisconsin or Minnesota.

Wish list:

Smallmouth

Lake easy to navigate

Swimming beach

Any help is appreciated

Personal preference is Pelican at Orr, but it is way up there. Staying on Vermillion for the family is a good option, and you can trailer to a lot of smaller lakes that are excellent and less crowded.

Bridgeport resort in sturgeon bay...smallmouth, big pike and walleye to your hearts desire. Gorgeous views as well!

Sturgeon Bay is really nice for families and a great place to fish. Tons of different beaches-all clean. Not to mention, there are some really good restaurants there as well. I have used VRBO and rent a cabin. Reasonable. Also, all those small towns up and down the peninsula have shopping for the wife. Can't miss!

Rainy Lake, near International Falls MN. Check out Woody's. Woody is a great guy. First fish was a 5.5 lbs small mouth! Great guides and a nice place to stay. Oh and make sure you eat at Grandma's walleye and eggs for breakfast!!! Within walking distance.
