Wayne SW/MO Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 Braunschweiger because it taste like the liver they feed trout? I don't know, never tried it, but the braunschweiger spread is good. Maybe that's why trout are good? Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Quillback Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 Get a loaf of that miniature rye bread. On a slice of that bread, spread some cream cheese (or mayo), add some smoked trout (or salmon) top off with some chopped red onion and a couple of capers.
