Slice and desead pepper. These are Anaheims.

Deep fry in butter applying pressure so the pepper lays flat.

Pull out and blot with towel.

Put cream cheese. Grated Parmesan and Mozzarella on it.

Deep fry crappie and then place on the pepper

Wrap the crappie in a blanket or put two fillets on the pepper and put a blanket of another pepper over them

Place in a pan and heat covered till cheese melts about a minute.
