Terrierman
Buddy of mine found a huge chicken of the woods last week. He's a good friend and gave me a bag already cleaned and ready to cook along with a package of Don's Chuck Wagon mushroom batter to take with me down to the White River over the 4th. Man, that is good eating. They really ought to call those things shrimp of the woods, great with cocktail sauce!
