So true. In fact, most days there were two GWs working together and I only fished TB during the week to avoid the big crowds.

One of these days we will run into each other at LBN and I will show you the setup (dad lives in LBV). The strangest looks I get are when I am spider rigging 3-9 foot rods.

They wake at much lower speeds than 50. It would require the area being off limits to Skiing, Wake boarding activities and a speed limit of 45 would be reasonable from 412 to point 12 then a 35mph zone above that. I would also like to see the create no wake zones in some of the coves such as Prairie Creek and Avoca and from the North ramp at Rocky Branch to the Back also Mid section of Fords Creek and Starky, Rambo and from the mouth of Blackburn back. Those concern me in low water years especially.

I look for you each time I'm out. I figure your gonna be hard to miss....unless I soup up my boat and start running tight turns.

That would discriminate against other fishermen. I paid the same taxes as everyone else to help create these Corps lakes/use areas and I dislike wake boats every bit as much as the guys fishing from boats with 50 hp motors and less.

Only time I've EVEN SEEN LE is at Twin Bridges during White Bass Run. Once, two years ago. Guy was in his truck, under the bridge on a rainy day. He was reading a Clancy Novel.

2nd time also at TB, This past Spring. Guy was writing a ticket to an out of towner for making a wake at the ramp. G&F man said, No Wake Zone at ALL ramps. Posted or Not.
