Flysmallie Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 i agree fully that is no reason for that crap. but thats not to say i won't lob a 1oz jig near someone if they are invading the water i'm fishing at the time. Then I guess you shouldn't be surprised when they have you arrested for assault. Or you take a good beat down from it.

I will always give someone the option to not be a dick, and i always make the other person make the first move. I haven't been beaten down yet
Members Muskie Bob Posted September 10, 2014 Members Posted September 10, 2014 Anyone seeing a gun (with the exception of hunters and law enforcements) on the Fellows Lake property should report it to authorities immediately. "open carry" does not give a person the right to carry a gun on Fellows Lake property. These persons should be reported.

Members Bassattack1990 Posted September 14, 2014 Members Posted September 14, 2014 Me and my fiancéa were fishing at fellows yesterday and an old man in a boat was casting so close to us on the bank that his lure was splashing us. I just waved and told him I didn't wanna fish anyways... Had my ole lady not been there I would have but my grabbing hook on and started casting toward his boat. I just don't understand why someone in a boat wants to be right on top of someone on the bank. I know when I'm in my boat I wanna be as far as I can from everyone

Boaters have the entire lake, it comes across as intentional. "Fishing is much more than fish. There is something called common courtesy that seems few people have now days. I always try and be respectful of someone else fish and expect the same. I tend not to go to places that have a lot of disrespectful people, just way easier on my blood pressure.

I try to avoid those places as well, however in this day and age, it is becoming increasingly harder to find em. "Fishing is much more than fish. You think I'm the only hillbilly in the area that gets pissed off whenever someone disrespects my fishing? Think again
