Holiday Island - 9/6 & 9/7

Fished Saturday between rain and got a few on topwater and tried my hand with a Ned Rig. Nothing to write home about.

Sunday was much better - fished from about 7am - 11am and got 25 - all on topwater - Yellow Magic Pop-R, Gunfish, War Eagle White Buzzbait... mostly short K's with a few LM and Goggle Eye mixed on. Only about 3 keepers - all on the buzzbait. Fished mostly deep bluff walls in shaded areas. Bite was still going strong up until 11am.

QB, the fall bite seems to be building. The cool weather expected this week will drop water temps. We are days from a change of patterns and techniques.
