Champ188 Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Just curious...was looking at the website and couldn't tell...is it one jig per packet? Just curious...was going to order a few to try out. thanks So are those two-packs for $4.39?
Members Tommy Neil Posted November 18, 2014 Members Posted November 18, 2014 Bo I'm glad you have such a great jig. I'm Tommy Davis who we have had several good fishing trips together on the rock. You were working on a better jig many years ago.
rps Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Bo, The smallmouth are fun, for they seem fatter and more round then the fish on Table Rock. My buddy owns a fly shop so I can get any color buck tail. I was thinking of tying black, brown, and maybe throw some color in like blue or orange. Bo any suggestions with color for Table Rock? brown with a purple streak (PBJ)
abkeenan Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 So are those two-packs for $4.39? I don't believe so. That is per each.

LD Fisher Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I will be in Cassville Friday. Would like to try a few myself!! Can you tell me where?
Bigmo Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I ordered several over the internet a month ago. I found out Bo lived in Cassville and gave him a call to cancel my order and maybe pick them up in person since i was close. After talking to him about fishing and picking up my pro jigs, i couldn't be more happier. I used them the next day with a buddy who chose to use his favorite jig. By the end of the day i was still throwing the same jig while my buddy went through several. He finally used one of mine and became hooked after coming through several brushpiles with a fish here and there. They might cost a little more but they are worth it. I still have my original on from fishing that day. They do work. I have several colored skirts that i buy so next time if i ever lose any i will buy the naked heads only. I had a good day yesterday after 3 pm. throwing a war eagle spinner in mouse on shallow banks. Only 7 in a hour and a half with 3 keepers but i had several more just smack the spinner. I also threw a jig, wart, jerk and squarebill with no luck.
Champ188 Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Can anyone report on how well the paint stays on the heads? Since the jigs don't hang as bad, it'd be nice if the paint was durable enough to outlast some of the others I've used.
merc1997 Bo Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 here are a couple of pics of 3/4 i used the other day with the bluegill skirt. there were some issues with the painter not curing the paint long enough, but hopefully that issue has been resolved. bo
