Are there any public boat ramps on the Niangua arm besides Larry gale Access

None that are public.

You can usually launch at any of the resorts on EE that have ramps for a couple bucks. Or Der'vaters edge at the 54 bridge.

Or Lamplighter resort at the 5 bridge.

You'll spend more than the ramp fee in fuel getting to those areas from Gale.

You can also launch at Greenmill or Little Niangua campgrounds, you'll need a 4x4 at LN.
