Nighthawk Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Been on several hunts this year with my son and sometimes his son and their Brittany. Some great, some good, some fair. Notice I didn't say any bad ones cause there are no bad hunts when one is with loved ones and a bird dog. On one hunt we got up 3 coveys and got some great dog work and a couple of birds. Almost all have been on quail management areas in south central Missouri. If you have to shoot a lot of quail to have a good time, find another sport.
Quillback Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Glad to hear you got on some birds on the management areas, I may do a little poking around next week, if anything me and the dog will get some exercise.
