Fishing Report

My boss has let me off for the 20th on my b.day, would like to know how the fishing is around rockaway beach, wanted to take my boat but since people up here around Springfield don't know how to discard there fishing line at the boat launch, my wheel bearings need to be replaced, so ill be fishing off the dock

Or possibly change your destination to the fishing dock at the Cooper Creek public access.

I don't think we get a lot of reports from that area of the lake. Fishing from the dock at Lilleys' Landing can be good but every day is different. Power baits in Orange, white, pink, and chartreuse are usually the best colors. Inflated night crawlers work good and trout can even be caught throwing marabou jigs off the dock. I would imagine it would be about the same down in that area.
