Members geomann74 Posted January 19, 2015 Members Posted January 19, 2015 I just bought a 15' aluminum semi v boat for use on Fellows Lake, I have a larger boat that I take to other area lakes so this one would only be used there. I have never been on Fellows and am not sure what the bottom is like. For those of you that are on there frequently can you give me some tips as to the best anchor to use there? Is the bottom mostly rocky or mud? Thanks in advance.
fishinwrench Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 It doesn't take much to hold a 15' aluminum V. Just get a pair of 12# mushroom or tri-fluted anchors and plenty of rope.
Aggressor1988long Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 rocky and mud, unless its real windy out your good.
