trythisonemv Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Go time ! Next weekend looks like when it'll be on! One more warm week and a little more rain and it's on for sure.
Seth Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I'm not sure if it's whites or shad, but my graph is lit up like a Christmas tree with smaller sized fish around point 15. We snagged several shad last night and also seen a few dead ones about a foot long on the surface. We only caught a couple of whites while crappie fishing around point 15, but there were plenty of folks out trolling around. I didn't see the trollers land anything, but I'm guessing they were getting a few as many as there were out there doing it.
crappie_adams83 Posted March 16, 2015 Author Posted March 16, 2015 Where do you consider the mouth at if every body had a pole and a fish on the line there would never be a war
Members Goggleeye Bailie Posted March 16, 2015 Members Posted March 16, 2015 This weekend there were dozens of boats at pt 15. Its odd that it varies so much. I can remember fishing between there and Longs after being done trout fishing on the 1st.

Members SGFChief Posted March 20, 2015 Members Posted March 20, 2015 Well you can still get to the shoal but it's a long walk You can actually drive there with a 4WD just avoid the mud holes, some of them could swallow up a cow.
crappie_adams83 Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 Oh I know chief but not everyone has a 4x4 if every body had a pole and a fish on the line there would never be a war
