It was such a blessing to be able to have a place to stay when the temperature in our apartment reached about 35. Our power was out for a total of 5 days, and then went back out for an encore performance once we returned home for another 24 hours. We are blessed to have power now, and I thank God for it! I also thank God for Phil and him allowing us to stay at Lilley's for a few nights. John's mother sleeps with a CPAP, and she really needed a bed instead of the cot at the shelter. We had a great time, and being able to attend the fly tying class on Tuesday night helped give us something else to think about and do. Everyone there was wonderful-Kathy and Lisa, Curtis (who was right-you can't catch anything when the water is that fast and high!). Had our power not come back on, despite having a tournament there, Phil checked and found us some more space down the road.

We haven't been members of this forum for long, but we know that there are some very special people on here-especially the administrators, but we know that everyone on here would help anyone else to the best of their ability!

Although we didn't manage to catch anything, John had fun skipping the fly tying class to go play with Leonard! :D Kids...what can ya do?

Glad to see the Ducky family back in action.

This is a pretty special group of people and Phil is one of the greatest guys I have ever met.

I don't think that John and Leonard should be allowed to go fishing anymore without some adult supervision. I guess that I could volunteer for that job if nobody else wants it ;) .

Mrs. Ducky here...and all I can say is one of you would end up in the water! And the other two would be laughing, saying, now how did that happen???

I've been baptized on a fishing trip more than once. Besides I like my odds of being one of the ones laughing!!

As John already ended up in Outlet 1, you're odds are very good at being the one laughing!
