Lifes2Short Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Put in at Mutton about 9:00 and ran across the lake, couldn't get bit in Googer so ran out to a main lake point and caught a couple of bass on jerkbaits, moved on back into the pocket and picked up some whites swimming a small grub. Ran up Sons and caught a them on warts & spinnerbaits, also picked up some big whites that were hitting the spinnerbait. Water temp to start was 45, ended up finding 60 degree water on the shallow flats and sun drenched shallow pockets. Ended up with roughly 5 whites and 12 bass, best 5 bass would have gone only 10 Lbs. Sunny day, 65 degrees, light winds, got off the water about 5:30. Tight Lines! dprice Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 2 short is always on fish I'm glad to hear bass are getting more aggressive .... I know last week they would definitely swipe at a moving bait but didn't seem to chase it much ! Dprice priceheatingair.comĀ
