Wouldn't be that hard really, With the fan base for FLW all they would have to do is ask for FLW Members (non anglers during the tournament ) to be Officials 1 in each boat. The official would verify each fish is legal and that no culling took place along with updates to Social Media and tournament director/social media and media personal. I would bet there would be an incredible line of people volunteering to do it if for no other reason than to get to ride with a Pro and see how they fish.

Three in a boat might be too tight for tourney fishing - unless the co-angler spot was vacated - but that might put too much strain on the tour if only pros fished?

I was referring to local & regional tournaments.

but yeah, its feasible without the Co-angler.

Actually not hard. Ever seen a TV Fishing show with a Host in the front, Guest in the back and a Cameraman in the middle with his million tons of equipment?

As it stands now in FLW the only one allowed to fish the front of the boat is the Pro. Co angler must fish from Back or center area so not really impeding to put a official on a boat who sits in the middle of the boat.

Somebody will probably fish up near the dam for smallies, not saying they will win, but it seems the past couple of years there's always a couple that use that as their strategy.

Anyone know when it will air on TV?

They do every year. Some years result in a mixed bag of big smallmouth and largemouth. Not many if any have won using that strategy.

And the show is set to air in Oct. 12th at 7pm

October 12th??!!! What the heck. BASS gets it out a couple of weeks after the tourney. Money is the same for the FLW anglers as far as I can tell, but the rest of the operation is 2nd class compared to BASS.

MLF has three in a boat.

And a smaller boat at that. I like how they force them out of the big boats and into a Z7. Which isn't a small boat per say but it's not the 21ft rigs either.

I personally would like to see MLF in all Bass Trackers over the Z7 but that won't happen.

I would like to see some good spots weighed in myself and I would see the larger spots coming from the north end but I think the big girls will be caught south Horseshoe. I would like to see jerkbaits ruling but I don't think will be the case. By October will probably not care at all, but always nice to try to pick out local spots and boat docks on TV.

I can predict one thing all the boat traffic will drive the stripers down deep, they don't like boat noise.

I think you're right on all accounts. I think the traffic will drive everything down on the main lake. In coves and protected areas, fish will stay shallow.

When I was out last Friday I saw lots of bass on beds, including some good ones. I saw more than one bed that had both fish on it. I was crappie fishing (theoretically) so I didn't mess with them, but it was neat to see.

I have to think bed fishing will be meaningful for someone.
