Members Jwd_bassin Posted May 5, 2015 Members Posted May 5, 2015 Headed down this Friday going to try and fish between the thunderstorms. Any advice on color of spinnerbaits? I know they seem to like the white down there just not sure what the rain will do to the water and color choices.
conorsixtakc Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 I wouldn't show up without white, but anything shad colored should put em in the boat. I had luck on white and war eagle's spot remover color last may. White grubs also worked well. Super jealous of you guys down there right now, I was down a few weeks ago during that big cold front and they hadn't moved on to the spinnerbait yet... I've NEVER had a fish eat a spinnerbait like they do on Stockton!! Jwd_bassin 1
