LoweSTX175 Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Launched at Mutton Creek at 7:00 AM... only got about 15 minutes around Googer before the rain hit. Was delayed until about 8:15ish. Launched again. Trolled B7 from 8:30 to about 9. Didn't see much on the finder and didn't get any hits. Fired up and went to Hawker point. Ended up with two walleye that kept in that area to include a 25 incher in 14 fow. Had a couple of other walleye dinks and one bass dink. Left Hawker at around 11:30 and stopped at B6. Trolled and picked up another 22 inch Walleye in 18 fow. Ended the day with three keeper walleye. Used a slow death rig, #7 Flicker (slick purple) and a #9 Flicker (charteuse, pink). TOW was 78-81. I did not hit any crappie while trolling. I'm willing to bet they have moved onto the brush at this point. The walleye seemed to be about 2-3 foot from the bottom in 14-18 fow. blacknoseddace and slab slinger 2
