I'm floating Jacks fork alley springs the current river tomorow. Not sure which part but we will float past the spring. I'm sure Ned rigs and worms work but what else should I bring I'm keeping it to one spinning setup and a baitcaster. Or do I even need two rods please help lol. Also if you are familiar with the area and a specific color works let me know. I catch and release even if it's a record fish so no worries if you let me in on some secrets. I usually only float it once a year

Have you checked the water levels there- if the gauges I am looking at are accurate, not a snowball's chance in hell would I be on that river.

The level upstream at Buck Hollow is currently 4' above flood stage, a smooth 12,600 CFS and the water only goes downstream from there.

Not even realistic to think you will be on it tomorrow, or this weekend.

Saw this on Facebook from 2 hours ago:

With all the overnight rainfall, both rivers are closed to non-motorized vessels today. That includes the Jacks Fork River from the Prongs to Two Rivers, and the Current River from Montauk to Gooseneck.

Head to a lake this weekend.
