Members hunter_3780 Posted August 2, 2015 Author Members Posted August 2, 2015 Thanks for all the replays guys. We ended up with 2 keepers for a total of 3.87 I believe. We were 4 100ths shy of big brownie with a 2.16. We had our chances. I broke of 1 keeper before dark on a 3/16th shakey head on a bluff bank and had another one come off just a few casts later. My step grandpa also lost 3 good fish. Had a blast and learned alot hope to do it again soon. Once again thank you for all your help. Champ188 1
Members hunter_3780 Posted August 2, 2015 Author Members Posted August 2, 2015 Oh and both keepers came on a a long runout point on a black single spin about 9:30 just a few casts apart.
Champ188 Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Sounds like a good effort. Not easy to manage a limit in August, especially in these high-water conditions.
