I'd go for that IF they'll take a jackhammer to 1/2 the concrete, and plug all the exhaust pipes.  

Fishing in front of a pipe spewing water is only fun for about 4 minutes, and the fish are too stupid to hold anywhere else.

If you did that then upstream wouldn't have a place to fish!!

I fish anywhere  I can use powerboat from the bank be it z1 z2 or z3 . I like casting over those guys standing in the  stream in my way

 It would seem if the tag sales are down, the hatchery could get caught up.  I have noticed a change in the fish pellets over the years.  They used to be more oily, now they feel like compressed crackers and most likely do not have as much nutritional benefit.  I'd even like to go back to the strain from the late 80's/early 90's.  Those fished jumped a lot.
