Bass Enforcer Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Hey guys and gals. I am heading down tomorrow with a few guys from my squad at work. I'll be in the dam area if anyone wants to throw any recent pointers my way. I haven't been down since fourth of July and a lot has probably changed. None of the guys I am going with are much on the "fisherman" side but enjoy doing it when they can. Heck, a couple of them have never been on a big lake. My thoughts were drop shot, Ned rig, jig and maybe under spins. If I'm on the right track let me know. Also what kind of areas do you guys think I should try. Thanks guys and good luck fishing. As always be safe and have fun.
Sore Thumbs Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 From my recent experience. The James river has been the best for me. Others may disagree. Drop shot fish all over bridge in Cape Fair.
Moswimb8slinger Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Be sure to check out Eric Prey's and Pete Wenners latest reports on YouTube. There was mention of football jigs on gravel points and some spoon action on docks in clearer water
Quillback Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Here's a link to Pete's report in case you don't have it: http://www.hookedonbass.com/ Bill posted a recent report also:
