Has anyone ordered lures from this online company, and received their order in the past six months? On March 23 I ordered over $60 worth of trout jigs, but as of today, September 15 I have not received them. I know there was a family health issue around the time of my order, and understood a delay of a couple months. I contacted them by email a couple weeks prior to a July 4th trip I made to Taneycomo, and was assured I would have the order by then. I never received them, and when I tried again to contact them by email about a month ago I didn't even receive a reply.

Just wondering if there is some kind of problem with my order, or has others been having the same experience.

I've not ordered any since last year. When I made my order, it took about a month to get it. When I emailed asking what the deal was, I was told he had been in the hospital due to a heart attack. A few days after that email, I received my baits as well as some extras to make up for the wait. I haven't made any orders from swingoil this year though.

That is sad to hear about his health. I have ordered from Frank a few times and have had my baits within a couple of days each time along with extra's at no cost. He was great to deal with and I have nothing but good things to say about Swing Oil. I'm sure he will make things right if you haven't gotten your order from this Spring. Send him a message or email. Hopefully his health is on the ups.

I believe it was his Mother tyat passed away.

Since I first posted this I have sent three messages, but I noticed a different email than on my paypal receipt. So I sent a thied one to the address on his webpage. I also tried to callx but got no answer.

The very odd thing is that I know the guy somewhat. He fishes all the trout tournaments that I do on Taneycomo. I see him three or four times a year there. 

Just can't understand where the problem is.

Gator. Have had same experience  in same time.  But after a few calls I have received my order.  Hope this helps. 

They seemed stressed but never refused my items.  And I have received them

I finally was able to talk to Frank. He was unaware my order was never received. He never received my emails, thinking they might have gone into a spam folder or something. He assured me he will check on it. He has had a series of family medical issues. Also, he has been having trouble with other deliveries reaching their destination. I believe he is sincere in resolving the problem.

Good news! Frank from Swing Oil deli ered my jigs to my house today. He called me yesterday to let me know my order had been sent out, but was lost in shipment. A few others had met the same fate. The email problem was that some emails were going into the spam folder. Including several orders he did not know of.

So everything worked out for the good. So for any others having similar problems, give him a call. Don't know if somebody is targeting his shipments, or they are just going to someone dishonest enough to just keep them.
