Kids love to catch , they get bored quickly when the bit is slow. Water is up so boating from Houseman is easy to get to the 62 bridge. Fish from the first island past the bridge back to the bridgeBait is easy with power eggs in Orange , sunrise, white, use 1/4 oz egg sinker and two ft leader of two lb test with#8 hook. And have fun MAKE sure you read and follow the requirements for trout fishing the area Dan the fisherman and J-Doc 2

Dan the fisherman Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Ya thanks for report. 8 times out of 10 thats what I do with my boys. For the same reasons u stated. They love to catch not so much fish. But I guess for a 7yr and and 5 yr I should expect that.
