Members crappie-hunter Posted October 13, 2015 Members Posted October 13, 2015 Does anyone know if the campgrounds are still open to camp in? I know they usually shut off the water and electric sites after October 1, but I'm wondering if I can still camp there anyway. My preferred campgrounds would be cedar ridge or hawker point. Thanks for any info!
Members Butthead Posted October 13, 2015 Members Posted October 13, 2015 I was over at Cedar Ridge a few days ago and there was a cluster of RV's and tents near the "campers" boat ramp.
LoweSTX175 Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Ruark you can camp. No restrooms, shower, water, or power I believe. There were several RVs there on Sunday afternoon. crappie-hunter 1
Members TTJJ Posted October 14, 2015 Members Posted October 14, 2015 You could call the COE office in Stockton. I called them last week about COE campgrounds near Orleans Trail marina. For that area, the non-electric sites (A) are $5 and the electric sites (B) are $9. You fill out a form , add cash, and put envelope in box in the campground. I believe the non-COE campground by Orleans Trail is $14 or $16. The marina is open until the end of October.
