Dan the fisherman Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Got into them again. I boated 4 and 2 came off during two double ups. I had to cover a lot of water again. I spent 3 hrs motoring around before I saw what I was looking for. I launched out of HSB and cover water from HC to PC. Right about 3-330 is when I found them. Probably would have go into double digits had I found them earlier. I should have taken a pic of my graph, I'd never seen so many big arcs. My screen was almost blacked out a couple of times. Here's a coupe of them J-Doc, Lance34, Blll and 1 other 4
Blll Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Dan, you are hardcore. I was at the slip this morning and it went from drizzle to downpour and I went home. Glad you were rewarded!

I'm not sure about this, but I feel like the less boat traffic in the nasty weather really plays into my favor. Btw I did get rain on pretty hard. I also caught everything on shad. Man was it hard to get bait in the rain.
Quillback Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Dan, I think you've got that striper thing figured out.
Members gtdaero Posted November 29, 2015 Members Posted November 29, 2015 Dan we saw you , we were in yellow white hurricane and had the screen covered with big arches for a long time , best I've seen in my life, ran out of broods quick, several in boat and 2 big ones made long runs and broke off

Thanks quillback, I've really picked up a lot on this fourm. Fins has been a huge help also. I don't talk or see him very often, only if I run into him at the lake. (Which isnt often) But the thing with me is, I only fish them in fall/winter. so it always takes me a while to get into rhythm.
Guest Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 I'm starting to warm up to this fall/winter stuff at Beaver Lake.
