It only has to get around 42 and threadfin will start dying off. Usually when the shallows start freezing over at night. Doesn't take much to get a football field of shad floating.

Yes, that was me. Nice job to have done! Hard to believe they went bad in just 5-6 years of use. I'm used to roller trailers from living up north. Not much ever went wrong with those.
