M_Taylor Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Fished for appx. 3 hrs middle of the day today out of PC. Plenty of sun and an eastern wind that was pretty strong in places. Water temps were 44-45 and clarity was stained with maybe 1.5 ft of visibility. I managed five bass and lost two others that were head shaking. Maybe a few hits missed too. I was cranking and the bites were subtle on most. Fish were caught in less than 10 feet of water and I do believe color of bait was making a difference in success, as well as the cadence of the retrieve. I lucked I to one and then replicated that and if turned into a pattern. All fish were caught within 40 yards of rocky points or indentations in the bank. Here's the best three. Lance34, Champ188, Blll and 2 others 5
