Hunter91 Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Fished out of Bridgeport this morning looking for crappie and whites. Caught 3 nice crappie and 3 real nice whites! Two of them weighed over 3lbs. Really slow though. Caught the crappie in 12-17 ft and the whites trolling ing 20-25 ft. Seth, magicwormman, Quillback and 4 others 7

96 CHAMP Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 I gather these upper areas of the James and white river are early spawning areas for whites?? Bill babler was saying they were finding them in the upper white the other day, I need to spend some time searching for them down at TR, have any info on fall fishing for them, I got them figured out at Lake Ozark in the fall, they are just about everywhere up there on windy points and banks, they are fun to catch and tasty. Thanks
176champion Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Around the corner from Cape Fair camp grounds..i caught a couple little whites this summer up there on the James. I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
