DChance Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Going fishing early next week and more than likely going to LOZ as it seems to be fishing well. However, I am thinking of heading to Pomme to open up the camper and possibly just fish while I am there. Hevent heard much though
Members trashman1973 Posted March 23, 2016 Members Posted March 23, 2016 Fished a tournament this weekend. Crankbait up shallow. Spinnerbait up shallow with the wind. Shakeup head and jig.
DChance Posted March 23, 2016 Author Posted March 23, 2016 how is the bite though? tough, consistent? good fish? etc.
shockley32 Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 I'm not much of a bass fisherman but went for walleye Monday night - caught several 2-3 lbs bass on a jerkbait, back of coves in the dam area. Don't know if it matters but I threw a Spro McStick in Old Glory, the guy with me through a Lucky Craft Pointer in American (Americana?) Shad. Good luck! Brad Have your visited Limitville lately?
shockley32 Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Nope - no toothy critters. Guess I don't know what I'm doing - still trying to figure out walleye on Pomme. Brad Have your visited Limitville lately?
MOPanfisher Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 They are there mostly out on the windy points. Says the guy who has been driving to stockton in the evenings to walleye fish.
DADAKOTA Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Still a a little bit of a jerkbait bite, a wart bite, an A-rig bite. Have to think a feller could catch them on a jig or spinnerbait as well.
