Members deeredude64 Posted April 17, 2016 Members Posted April 17, 2016 Does any one know if it cost to launch at Indian point marina? We have decided to just stay at the TR some where on the lake and we ended up getting a room at Hunters Friend resort which is right across the street from Indian point marina so it will be a short trip but I cant find any thing that tells me if it will cost every day to launch the boat there or not.
Dylan Cluver Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 Free to launch. Slips are $20 a night No one gripes about obese fish.
Moswimb8slinger Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 Free to launch. Stop by Ozarks Extreme Outdoors by Silver Dollar City, if you need any tackle for your trip.
Members Rick E Posted April 18, 2016 Members Posted April 18, 2016 I thought you needed a COE pass but I could be wrong. I am pretty sure they put a note on my truck one year when my pass expired the 1st day of the month and I didn't notice it and they let me renew without a ticket.
Hunter91 Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 Same here, Rick. It has been a couple years since it happened to me. Has it changed?
Members deeredude64 Posted April 19, 2016 Author Members Posted April 19, 2016 What is a COE pass? Also does any one know if there is a place to clean fish there or should I plan on taking my table and cleaning them there for the few that I will keep to eat.
Members deeredude64 Posted April 19, 2016 Author Members Posted April 19, 2016 I ended up just calling them. No fee's to launch and they do have a cleaning station.
Dylan Cluver Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Deerdude64 that was me on the phone. A a few years ago the COE turned the ramp over to the marina owner. So we ripped out the money box. clubmike 1 No one gripes about obese fish.
Champ188 Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Corps passes have gotten to be a joke. I have to buy a launching pass that reportedly has gone up $10 so I can use fewer ramps around the lakes because they keep closing them down but now they are turning ramps over to private entities who may (love ya, Johnny) or may not charge to use them. Oh yeah, I'm required to have my pass 12 months out of the year but the facilities (restrooms) are only open about 6 months, if that much. 176champion, dtrs5kprs and fishEd 3
