I've caught lots of fish on those strollers,  but man you gotta be moving that bait to get that tail moving.  Have you tried the strike king slabalicious? Those kick very nicely.  Of course nothing works on a slow retrieve like a swing impact (which they now have 2.5 inchers!)

You need to try the go-go minnow. I believe the guy who makes them lives outside of grove Oklahoma, and the tails on them swim like crazy- even with the slowest retrieve. They are worth trying, I have caught a ton of fish on them!

What a great way to spend a Monday night.  Nice catch.  Hard to beat the rythmic pulsing of maribou for a natural look..

I keep it simple. I use only two colors, crystal shad in clear waters and shartruse in off colored.  Red head 1/6 oz or 1/8 jig. Same set up on road runner.
