standard weekend cold front....

long time reader, first time posting....have decided to try and spend a little more time on TR this year and this site has been a wealth of information.  after spending the majority of the last several years fishing Grand Lake, TR is quite a different experience.  am thinking of coming that way tomorrow but see this awesome weekend cold front.  just looking for thoughts or ideas on how this type weather will effect the bite from the folks who know it best.  if i do make it, will be on the White River, just as info.

seems like any bait works in the tackle box up there this time of year you  fish deep shallow it dont matter in my opinion theres pre spawn fish out there and spawning fish and post spawn fish ....now is the time to be on the rock cold front warm front dont matter fishings always good in may on the rock!

A front's not a bad thing on TR. It might move some fish off beds that haven't fully committed, but that can actually work in your favor by stacking more fish up.

Figured Bill pretty much guaranteed a cold front with his water temp report.

I'll post a report in a minute, but the top water action this morning was great.  Cold and foggy for sure, but they were biting.  Don't know if they'll bite tomorrow, but sure wouldn't hurt to get out and try.
