Contemplating going fishing tomorrow and just wondered how the lake was looking. How's the water clarity? I usually fish Lower Sac/High Point area.

Thx

I'm not sure but it has some water coming into it for sure. The river gauge at 215 bridge near Morrisville is showing it at around 2,200 cfs. For comparison it was at 67 cfs just a couple of days ago.

Corps of Engineers is forecasting the lake to stay at the current level.  That was as of today.  Hard to believe with the flood advisories that are in effect for the southern basin of Stockton Lake.

If that's the case they gotta be pulling water. Excellent, makes em  get on the move and bite better!

Water temps today on Big Sac 65 degrees. Wind was brutal with the colder temps and mist most of the day.

USGS Station Number for Stockton Lake 06918990. The lake by midnight will have risen 7" today.
