Anybody going to be out on the lake tomorrow?  I am putting in at PC at daylight..02 red/white Ranger dual console. Stop me and say hi if your out there!!!

Man with the chances of storms and lighting, I'm staying clear of the lake.   But do wish it would clear up for a bit so I can do some fishing..... Good luck and be safe out there.

The more rain, the less wake boats. It's a loose-loose, but warm and wet is better than cold and wetso If it was not for work I would be there.

Storm rolling in, barometer dropping, overcast skies, little to no wind. Sounds like perfect topwater weather. I'd kill to be out there right now. Let us know how you did.

I totally agree.  I don't mind rain.  It's the thunder and lightning that I avoid.   But looks like today is actually going to be ok.  So I'm about to pack up and head to the lake now

I have no report to share... I got out around 1-130... Fished for 20 mins and seen some darker clouds roll in,  I heard some thunder rolling and hit the dock asap.  I got boat on trailer and cover it.  Made it 200 feet from ramp and it started to pour.  Like I said, I don't mind rain,. It's the thunder and lightning that gets me.  Oh well next time

Was that you back at the ramp a little after 9?  I was just headed out.  I made it untill about noon when the dark skies started to build.

Wasn't me...I stayed out until about 2:00 last Thursday. The top water bite was off the hook!!  Then in the Everett on Saturday, I am embarrassed to say I couldn't get them to eat it. I still can't figure out what I did wrong.

I don't think you did anything wrong, it is just weekday fishing and weekend fishing are two different sports. The increased boat traffic on the weekend make those fish go deep. It starts at sunrise when they hear 150 boats tear up the lake, the fish know what is coming next. Monday fishing is never good for me because the fish seem to still be in shock. I wish I could give you a tip for getting those weekend fish to bite but I just gave it up after failing for about 10 years.
