Stein Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 Heading down this weekend and my wife wants to do some trout fishing on Saturday. We would have waded but she had ACL surgery about a year ago and her knee still isn't up to par so wading would be risky. Where would you suggest renting a boat on the upper end below BS dam?
Ham Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 IF I was not working this weekend, I would say screw renting a boat why don't you guys let me take you fishing. Unfortunately, I have to work. Still call me or text me for last minutes updates on fishing. You can rent boats right there at the State Park if you want the upper end. Rim Shoals if you want mid river. Riley's Station if you want lower. Rose's Trout dock if you want Norfork. I have no experience with ever renting a boat. Just some observations of where boats are available that would be handy for easy access to fish. Stein 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Members txdave Posted June 28, 2016 Members Posted June 28, 2016 I would call and reserve a boat now. We are going down and camping. When I called the state park about a boat they recommended reserving. You could also try Newlands and Gastons if the state park is out of boats. David Clark
Stein Posted June 28, 2016 Author Posted June 28, 2016 Thanks for the heads-up David. Just called to reserve one at state park marina.
