Anybody ever use sixgill rods?

I was wondering if anyone had a review on the sixgill rods? The way I understand from a friend of mine, they are currently getting set up to come out with new models of rods and are selling all of their current models at buy-one-get-one free. The prices are pretty comparable to St. Croix

Only 3 dealers in the entire U.S. and nothing on their site to indicate where the factory is.
