Kings River boat access

Are there public boat access ramps somewhere in the middle of the Kings - say somewhere between 86 and the mouth of the river?

Viola Recreation area has a boat ramp and dock. It's a couple of miles from the mouth and 5-6 to 86 bridge I think.
