The front killed me for sure also, dropped from 4th to 15th. I put all of my eggs into the shallow game.  Topwaters and wiggle warts was what I caught my fish on.  Saturday had only 6 total bites and landed one of them.  Good luck at Lake of the Ozarks in April Brian.

Thanks, I know when I came in Friday half way through the first flight and they said I was the first 5 fish limit, I knew it was gonna be tuff!

Went out for a few hours Saturday then again Sunday evening.  Fished Theodosia arm, water temps 65-70 and 3-5' visibility.  caught one nice crappie by accident shallow and a couple bass on a drop shot 15-20' deep.  One other short LM on a jig shallow Sunday evening and that was it.  I was hoping it was going to be better than last weekend but it ended up worse.  oh well, I'll be back for Turkey day so hopefully the bite will pick up by then.

I've heard it's still been tough out there!  I need to get out bass fishing, but it's hard for me to justify chasing bass with a tough bite when the tailwater trout fishing has been as good as it's been....

theodosia arm was bubbling for a couple weeks, had the shallow fish in a funk, but that's over now and the bite is improving with the right weather conditions
